•Escort and direct approved photographers and videographers to the approved area during each show.
•Create and post real-time event coverage on the venue’s social media pages (Instagram Stories).
•Capture high-quality phone clips as advised by the onsite and social media marketing teams.
•Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely, professional manner.
•Ensure signage, posters, banners, and digital displays are current and accurate; assist with general venue responsibilities as directed by the General Manager.
