Key Responsibilities

  • •Design SoMs, baseboards, and test boards for compute platforms.
  • •Perform high-speed digital design around application processors (e.g., PCIe, 10Gb Ethernet, USB 3.x, MIPI) while managing layout constraints and signal integrity.
  • •Own power design including power trees, sequencing, conversion topologies, and verification of power-up and power-down behavior.
  • •Prepare and lead design reviews at each milestone from block diagram through release for fabrication.
  • •Define verification test plans, troubleshoot and characterize boards, and run thermal, vibration, EMC, and ESD qualification while collaborating with embedded software and mechanical teams.

Key Requirements

  • •MSc in electrical, computer, or a related engineering field (PhD a plus); hands-on design and bring-up record matters most.
  • •5+ years in embedded hardware design with boards taken from specification through bring-up and qualification into production.
  • •High-speed design expertise, including layout constraints and signal integrity, plus power trees and verified power-up/power-down behavior.
  • •In-depth knowledge of electronic CAD tools (e.g., Altium).
  • •Experience with electronic test equipment and planning qualification (thermal, vibration, EMC, ESD), including working with fabrication/assembly partners.
