•Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating Crocs core values.
•Assist across store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing knowledge of current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and follow Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15.5 - 18.25

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older.
•Be flexible with scheduling, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
•Bring a team-first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Be able to move merchandise to and from the backroom and sales floor using appropriate equipment.
•Be able to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and stand/walk and continuously move around the store for a minimum of 8 hours per shift.
