Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop performance test strategies for Salesforce applications in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • •Build and execute performance test scripts and simulate user loads for Salesforce UI, portals, API integrations, and batch/async processes.
  • •Validate performance metrics and scalability, including response times, throughput, latency, governor limits, platform events, and async queue responses.
  • •Capture, analyze, and report performance metrics across Apex, SOQL, flows, REST/SOAP APIs, LWC components, and integration scenarios (including external APIs and AWS/Snowflake fetches).
  • •Collaborate with developers, architects, and cross-functional teams to optimize performance and participate in Agile software development activities, including peer review of test cases and documents.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree and 8+ years of hands-on performance testing experience, including at least 4 years of Salesforce performance testing.
  • •Proficiency navigating Salesforce with comprehensive understanding of Salesforce terminology and large, complex Salesforce projects.
  • •Expertise in QA test management on Salesforce, including functional and non-functional testing, test plans, and regression test suites using UI and API automation.
  • •Hands-on experience developing automation test scripts from scratch and integrating test tools with CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins/GitHub).
  • •Ability to obtain CMS Public Trust clearance (T4) and ability to live in the United States at least three of the last five years.
