•Lead and manage business development and sales across defined areas of responsibility.
•Analyse targeted verticals to generate leads and convert them into sales within the assigned territory.
•Negotiate contracts and deliver presentations for potential clients across meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
•Build, develop, and manage pipeline exceeding annual sales targets; track sales progress to meet corporate and BU goals.
•Support junior team members and provide after-sales support, feedback, and trustworthy follow-up to drive contract performance.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in sales, business development, commercial, and operations, preferably in F&B maintenance or the broader F&B industry in an account management capacity.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
•Fluent / native English.
•Proven track record leading teams and managing financials.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
