Job Summary

Own end-to-end IT service delivery for an assigned business capability stream, ensuring stable, resilient, secure applications and services. Serve as the single accountable business-facing partner, orchestrating internal IT teams and multiple suppliers in a SIAM-style model. Govern SLAs/XLAs and KPIs, manage incident/problem/change/service transition oversight, drive continual improvement and automation (AIOps concepts), and handle financial and contractual run-cost governance. Located in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end operational performance of IT applications and services within the capability stream, ensuring integrated value delivery.
•Lead SIAM-style orchestration of strategic managed service providers, SaaS vendors, and system integrators, holding suppliers accountable for outcomes.
•Define, manage, and continuously improve SLAs, XLAs, and KPIs, and deliver transparent reporting on business impact, stability, user experience, and root-cause trends.
•Drive incident, major incident, and problem management across suppliers, ensuring escalation, coordination, and permanent fixes.
•Govern service transition readiness (support models, knowledge transfer, runbooks, monitoring/alerting, and service desk enablement) and manage operational risk, resilience, compliance, and run-state costs.
