Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day operations in industrial production, manufacturing, and test support spaces.
  • •Scope MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) work as the space evolves.
  • •Project manage capital improvement projects end to end, from pre-con through budgeting, execution, and handover.
  • •Collaborate on equipment moves and planning to ensure utilities are in place and workflows remain efficient.
  • •Resolve workplace activities for two warehouses and handle fire suppression, HVAC, plumbing, and other general utility repairs.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of related experience supporting aerospace, defense, automotive, or similar manufacturing facilities.
  • •Technical training in plant engineering or maintenance, or comparable professional experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, with Certified Facility Manager credentials a plus.
  • •Knowledgeable and experienced in management of ESH in a facility.
  • •Experience operating and maintaining forklifts, aerial man lifts, and overhead gantry cranes and hoists.
