Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build the technical layer of the AI platform, identifying capability gaps and closing them by evaluating vendors or building internally.
  • •Own the governed integration gateway, including connector onboarding, authentication flows (OAuth, federated identity), reliability, and vendor escalation.
  • •Build internal tooling for the platform, including agent scaffolding, reusable skills/prompt assets, evaluation harnesses, provisioning automation, and integrations to systems of record.
  • •Configure and operate tiered spend controls and implement technical controls behind policy for data handling, retention, and model eligibility.
  • •Administer the enterprise AI estate end to end (model turn-ups, feature enablement, deprecation, provisioning queue, vendor configurations, seat true-ups) and run technical enablement for tool rollouts.

Key Requirements

  • •Enterprise SaaS administration at 1,000+ seats, ideally including an AI or LLM platform.
  • •Ability to build and ship software (not just configure vendors), with comfort in Python or a comparable language and everyday engineering practices (version control, CI, containers, secrets management).
  • •Experience integrating against LLM and SaaS APIs, including agent/tool use patterns and MCP (or equivalent tool calling architectures).
  • •Working knowledge of identity and access, including Okta (or equivalent), OAuth, SCIM, SSO, and federated machine identity.
  • •Operational discipline with intake queues, SLAs, runbooks, escalation hygiene, and strong written technical documentation.
