Spearhead customer incident response engagements in Sophos’ Rapid Response/Incident Response (IR) service. Lead kickoffs and daily update calls, direct forensic investigations, and delegate tasks to analysts while managing multiple concurrent incidents. Produce executive summary-style reports with MITRE ATT&CK timelines and provide remediation guidance through clear customer communications and handover notes across time zones.
