Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate PMO activities for the RIS project, ensuring data validity, coherence and adherence to the project framework.
  • •Collect and consolidate progress information from lots, and contribute to the project planning in Primavera.
  • •Update and consolidate the Risks & Opportunities register, prepare baselines, and generate data for various reports.
  • •Act as functional PMO lead to the project team, coordinating with the PM and WPMs and providing analysis and alerts based on data.
  • •Ensure compliance with Thales project references and maintain decision-support data for project success.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or equivalent with minimum 5 years PMO experience on large projects
  • •Experience in functional/project management with coordination of PMO teams
  • •Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, PMBI and GIRO
  • •Ability to collect progress data, manage risk and opportunities, and reporting
  • •Operational level English
