•Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for a key component of the eCommerce portfolio to drive sustainable long-term growth.
•Optimize portfolio profitability by identifying new partner opportunities and maximizing outcomes with existing suppliers.
•Lead high-value supplier negotiations and serve as commercial subject matter expert for legal and contractual arrangements.
•Champion transformation and innovation projects across commercial strategy, innovation, merchandising, and content optimisation to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
•Mentor, coach, and lead the category team while partnering with internal stakeholders for robust financial planning alignment.

Key Requirements

•10+ years’ experience in eCommerce, category management, retail buying, or strategic sourcing within a large complex organization.
•A degree in a relevant discipline such as eCommerce, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business Management.
•Deep end-to-end supply chain knowledge (logistics, production planning, and procurement) in fast-paced online/eCommerce environments.
•Proven financial acumen delivering aggressive objectives including retail margins, sales targets, and Open-to-Buy (OTB) budgets.
•Extensive leadership experience developing large teams and presenting clearly to C-suite and senior management.
