•Resolve questions on architecture, performance, recovery, and security for MongoDB at scale.

•Act as a customer advocate by interfacing with product management and development teams.
•Contribute to internal projects, including building support tools for performance, benchmarking, and diagnostics.

•Strong technical experience in areas such as systems administration, distributed systems, network administration, database/application/data architecture, or performance tuning and benchmarking.
•Hands-on operations experience with large-scale production environments, including hardware, operating systems (Linux, Windows), and networks (firewalls, load balancers).
•Experience with cloud-based resources such as AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
•Basic programming experience in one or more languages (e.g., Java, Python, Ruby, C/C++, C#, JavaScript/node.js, Go, PHP, Perl).
•Excellent written and verbal communication, strong diagnostic/troubleshooting skills, and the ability to learn rapidly and remain calm under pressure.
