Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate Luxembourg corporate tax compliance obligations for investment entities.
  • •Calculate and review quarterly and annual tax provisions and support tax reporting under local GAAP and IFRS.
  • •Review tax assessments and ensure accurate tax-related accounting entries and accruals.
  • •Coordinate with external tax advisors and communicate with tax authorities.
  • •Support withholding tax and transfer pricing matters and contribute to tax governance, risk management, and tax-related projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance or a related field; ACCA or comparable qualification is a plus.
  • •4–6 years (or more) preparing and/or reviewing Luxembourg corporate tax returns.
  • •Basic knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP, IFRS, and deferred taxation.
  • •Experience with SAP is considered an asset.
  • •Fluent English (French and/or German is an advantage) and strong advanced Excel/MS Office skills.
