Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the day-to-day global collections process across Cloudinary’s customer base
  • •Drive collections for strategic and complex customer accounts, including monitoring overdue balances and identifying at-risk accounts
  • •Communicate with customers to resolve payment delays, disputes, and billing-related issues; manage customer escalations and complex cases
  • •Handle AR activities including payment allocations, credits, refunds, invoice adjustments, receipts, and credit memos
  • •Track, analyze, and report on collections and AR performance, including maintaining Accounts Receivable Aging Reports and process improvements

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on collections and accounts receivable experience in a global B2B SaaS company
  • •Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and collections processes
  • •Proven experience managing complex customer accounts, disputes, and escalations
  • •Native-level proficiency in written and spoken English
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
