Job Summary

Learn and support the TS Systems Integration team by working on less complex configurations and installations, and attending break/fix incidents during the project lifecycle. Partner with the Implementation Engineering team to help meet client requirements, gradually taking ownership of parts of installations, and collaborating alongside senior support engineers while working toward associate-level certification.

Key Responsibilities

•Learn to start owning portions of installations, break/fix incidents, and problem management during the project lifecycle.
•Work jointly with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements.
•Action less complex configurations and installations.
•Attend less complex break/fix events during the project lifecycle.
•Provide support alongside senior associate/L2 and other senior support engineers and perform related tasks as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.
•Entry-level experience in a technical implementation engineering role.
•Sound knowledge of customer experience (CX) infrastructure and systems.
•Ability to analyze problems and formulate solutions.
•Excellent attention to detail with strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
