Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive non-volatile memory (NVM) device development across analog and digital process flows, delivering reliable technologies on schedule and within budget.
  • •Collaborate with wafer fabrication facilities on technology selection, device definition, creation, demonstration, and delivery.
  • •Select NVM technologies for TI’s analog and embedded technologies and perform bitcell design and process integration.
  • •Define and generate SWR/DOE (experiments), design test structures, and perform device characterization with data analysis.
  • •Generate design rules and process control documents, and run device simulation while interacting with multiple business and development groups.

Salary: USD 90,500 - 135,500

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering degree.
  • •2+ years of relevant engineering experience.
  • •Experience with NVM technologies (floating gate such as OTP/EEPROM/FLASH, and antifuse NVM).
  • •Knowledge of memory device physics, including non-volatile memory devices.
  • •Solid understanding of CMOS and memory process flows, device integration, NVM operation and reliability, including yield and data analysis.
