Non-Volatile Memory Device/PI Engineer

Own the development of non-volatile memory devices across analog and digital process flows, working with a small team to make technical decisions and deliver reliable, production-worthy NVM technologies on schedule. Partner with wafer fabrication facilities and design groups to select NVM technologies, define devices and experiments, create and characterize test structures, analyze data, and generate device design rules, process documents, and simulations.
