Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary intake point for assigned-team requests and act as a front-office partner to resolve client and internal issues.
  • •Oversee workload management and coordinate requests through back-office channels; guide region wealth support specialists and mentor onboarding partners.
  • •Provide banking, lending, and Trust product support for a client book and maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • •Oversee client onboarding (account opening/closing/maintenance and wires) with a focus on risk management and compliance for complex banking products.
  • •Support the sales process with client document review, correspondence, and creation of client presentation materials; assist with client retention and relationship expansion.
