Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor real-time rider check-ins, lateness, early check-outs, and unexcused absenteeism across assigned zones.
  • •Conduct daily shift validations to ensure scheduled fleet capacity matches active ground coverage during peak windows.
  • •Review and verify rider penalties and policy infractions before finalizing deductions.
  • •Audit shift anomalies, system-generated flags, and supervisor reports to ensure fair and accurate penalty enforcement.
  • •Maintain daily/weekly compliance logs and provide operational insights to fleet management to optimize shift adherence and reduce leakage.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • •2–4 years of experience in Operations or Retail Operations.
  • •Experience with operational audits and compliance reviews (preferred).
  • •Strong analytical/investigative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to work independently with field visits and multiple locations.
