Job Summary

Embed as a product security partner to engineering teams, securing Lime’s software, APIs, mobile apps, and connected vehicle platforms across the full lifecycle. Lead application security reviews, threat modeling, and risk assessments; build security tooling and CI/CD gates (SAST/DAST/SCA/secrets); support bug bounty operations and incident response. Help mature the product security program, participate in on-call, and mentor engineers on security-by-default practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with engineering teams on security reviews, threat modeling, and risk assessments for product features, APIs, mobile apps, and backend services.
•Build and maintain security tooling and automation to detect vulnerabilities, scan dependencies, and support security testing and CI/CD security gates (SAST/DAST/SCA/secrets).
•Contribute to security architecture and design reviews, including authentication/authorization design, API security posture, and data handling.
•Support BugCrowd bug bounty operations (triage, researcher communication, remediation coordination, and internal validation).
•Serve as a product security point of contact for incidents: investigate, perform root-cause analysis, drive corrective actions, and document improvements; participate in on-call.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product security, application security, or security engineering experience with hands-on contributions across the software development lifecycle.
•Expertise in detection engineering/security monitoring and building detection-as-code (DaC) pipelines (e.g., SIEM, log analysis, alert tuning).
•Experience with vulnerability disclosure or bug bounty programs, including operations and triage.
•Knowledge of secure development and SDLC security integration (SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets management) plus vulnerability management tooling and processes.
•Familiarity with authentication/authorization patterns (OAuth, OIDC, RBAC) and mobile/API security; cloud security fundamentals (AWS, GCP) are expected.
