Specialist - AP [Vendor]

Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and reconciliation across India and regional markets. Process vendor queries, manage payment status and adjustments (TDS, GST, PO issues), and maintain monthly/quarterly vendor reconciliations. Deliver timely responses (acknowledge within 24 hours, resolve within 48–72 hours), and prepare monthly dashboards to support audit readiness and vendor performance.
