Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure timely revert of vendor queries via email/phone
  • •Manage payment status, short payment, TDS deduction, GST mismatch, PO not received, debit note adjustment, bank changes
  • •Acknowledge inquiries within 24 hours and resolve within 48–72 hours; keep queries under 5 days
  • •Alert vendors on rejected invoices with reasons and fixes
  • •Vendor reconciliation for all above markets on a monthly, quarterly, yearly, and ad hoc basis

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • •3+ years of experience in handling vendor queries and Vendor Reconciliation
  • •Strong process-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
  • •Ability to manage deadlines effectively, prioritize work tasks, and handle a dynamic work environment
  • •Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are necessary
