Serve as a trusted advisor to clients through consultative conversations that uncover financial goals and recommend personalized banking solutions. Drive growth by proactively selling deposit accounts, loans and lines of credit, and making referrals to mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking. Support teller-line needs as needed, deliver exceptional client service, resolve client issues, and assist with operational processes, training, and compliance with bank policies and ethics.
