Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct product training and lead client education events to support and deliver new product launches.
  • •Follow the needs-based sales process to deliver a meaningful, consistent wealth experience and outstanding client experience.
  • •Support relationship managers by strengthening client trust and advising using technical product expertise.
  • •Conduct portfolio reviews with relationship managers, assessing product suitability and market/regulatory impacts to manage risks and identify opportunities.
  • •Provide on-job coaching and training to improve relationship managers’ product-specific technical knowledge, and independently complete insurance-related transactions when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years as a product specialist or financial advisor, or at least 1 year as Sub-branch Manager in WPB.
  • •Strong client skills to deliver needs-based solutions and a high-quality client experience.
  • •Deep knowledge of complex financial solutions and products, including financial markets, social-economic dynamics, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • •Extensive external market awareness of market conditions and new product solutions.
  • •A solid understanding of global Anti-money Laundering standards and relevant local and Group compliance regulations.
