Senior Product Designer

Design and ship patient-facing product features directly in response to real clinician requests, often turning raw feedback into polished solutions within days. Own design quality and consistency across the product by building and evolving a design system (components, tokens, patterns). Partner closely with engineers and sometimes push code for CSS and prototypes, including AI-powered clinical software experiences for diverse North American customers.
