Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and coordinate all construction activities to complete projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • •Manage cost controls, cost planning, commercial management, value engineering, and contract administration across all project phases.
  • •Maintain service and goods quality/value, minimize cash tied-up in inventory, and support monitoring of value engineering changes and variations.
  • •Manage construction team, subcontractors, resources, and HR processes including mobilization and demobilization.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes, support HSE initiatives, and participate in incident reporting and resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant experience in construction.

  • •Good knowledge of financial/cost accounting, contracts administration, and risk management.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills preferred.
