Key Requirements

  • •2 years of relevant property claims adjusting experience for moderate complexity losses, including writing estimates for dwelling and structural damages.
  • •Advanced knowledge of estimating losses using Xactimate or similar estimating tools/platforms.
  • •Proficient knowledge of residential construction and property claims contracts, including interpretation of case law and state laws/regulations.
  • •Ability to travel 50-75% of the year and obtain/maintain an insurance adjuster license within 90 days and 3 attempts.
