Deliver outstanding consumer experiences as the face of Crocs in-store. Apply the C.H.A.R.M service model, assist across store departments (including POS, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations), and partner with Store Management to hit personal performance goals. Stay informed on product collaborations and brand initiatives to serve as a brand ambassador, while following Asset Protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
