Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of customer-partnered co-innovation programs deploying emerging AI, managing scope, timelines, resources, and risk.
  • •Harden new capabilities by using customer deployments to surface edge cases, integration challenges, and production-only gaps.
  • •Capture and translate field insights into actionable product requirements, partnering with product managers and engineering leads.
  • •Coordinate delivery across Cognite engineers, data scientists, designers, and product teams by removing roadblocks and managing dependencies.
  • •Define production readiness with product and internal functions and lead customer workshops and technical discussions to extract high-leverage problems and validate solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in tech consulting, TPM, or delivery, with experience untangling complex client problems and keeping high-stakes technical projects moving.
  • •Experience delivering systems with a strong systems-thinking approach that connects software architecture, user feedback, and business objectives.
  • •Interest in AI & industrial tech, including how time-series data, LLMs, and enterprise platform architectures fit together.
  • •Clear communication skills to translate dense technical challenges into actionable plans for clients and internal engineering teams.
  • •Nice-to-have: exposure to AI/ML systems, LLM applications, or agentic workflows, or experience with industrial data/platforms like Cognite Data Fusion (CDF).
