Key Responsibilities

  • •Support strategy discussions by preparing materials for strategy days and management meetings, including roadmaps, priorities, and strategic topics.
  • •Conduct benchmarking and research on AI, SDV, OMS, and validation trends; create presentations, summaries, and decision materials.
  • •Maintain KPI dashboards and management reports by tracking actions, risks, and milestones; support process standardization, digitization, and automation.
  • •Analyze operational data and performance metrics; create reports and visualizations and support AI-driven improvement initiatives.
  • •Handle communication support such as meeting agendas, protocols, coordination of global communication, strategy documentation, and consolidation of global status updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Enrolled degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering (Production & Logistics), Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering (Production Technology), Mechatronics, Computer Science/Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering.
  • •Very good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • •Very good English skills, spoken and written.
  • •Basic knowledge of Power BI and using AI tools.
  • •Strong analytical abilities and communication skills, with a proactive, structured, and independent working style.
