Thermoform Tooling Supervisor

Plan, organize, and direct daily Tool Room operations to ensure consistent, reliable thermoforming tooling across all shifts. Lead tooling maintenance, coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance, and review downtime/efficiency to drive continuous improvement. Develop and hold employees accountable through onboarding, training, evaluations, and performance feedback. Maintain tooling documentation and recommend tooling and capital improvements while coordinating across Maintenance, Scheduling, Molding, Printing, and production.
