Provide shuttle service to customers by driving them to their homes or businesses and picking them up after vehicle repairs. Maintain a timely shuttle route, assist passengers in and out of vehicles, and communicate with the dealership using a radio or similar device when service disruptions occur. Keep accurate trip records and alert the dispatcher or service manager if the shuttle vehicle needs maintenance, while following all safety policies and reporting accidents immediately.
