Key Responsibilities

  • •Track and analyze financial and operational performance of segment assets
  • •Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting including forecasts, variance and trend reporting
  • •Develop, update, and maintain project cost reports and forecasting models (EAC/ETC, spend by time period)
  • •Monitor budgets and project spending with Project Managers, identifying cost overruns and communicating insights
  • •Ensure accurate cost classification under GAAP/FERC policies and support audit/compliance (including SOX controls)

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • •Typically 3–7 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, or project cost controls
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Access and VBA or similar tools preferred
  • •Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Lawson or equivalent)
  • •Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
