Project Controls Specialist / Senior (Hybrid)

Support the Products Pipelines business unit with financial analysis, project cost control, and reporting. Track and analyze segment asset performance, produce weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasts and variance reporting, and assist with budgeting and long-range planning. Build and maintain project cost reports and forecasting models, monitor cost overruns and contingency usage, and support GAAP/FERC classification and SOX-controlled audit readiness. Partner with Operations, Accounting, Commercial, and Project Managers to deliver decision-ready insights and improve reporting processes.
