Job Summary

Deliver and evolve high-impact virtual training programs for Thumbtack’s frontline Experience Operations teams and partner-facing audiences. Own major enablement initiatives including onboarding, continuous upskilling, and large-scale learning experiences. Partner with Enablement Design and Product Operations to align content with business priorities, evaluate effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics, and continuously improve delivery. Mentor junior trainers and pilot new facilitation approaches to improve performance and customer experience.

•Lead advanced, interactive virtual training sessions and model best-in-class facilitation for diverse, often tenured audiences.
•Own and deliver core enablement programs including onboarding, role-based upskilling, and large-scale learning initiatives.
•Facilitate ongoing training tied to evolving product capabilities, industry trends, performance gaps, and leadership or soft-skill development.
•Evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback, performance metrics, and business outcomes; iterate with Enablement Design.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Enablement Design, Product Operations, Partnerships, and frontline leaders; mentor junior trainers and pilot new training approaches.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 67,000 - 102,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, education, organizational development, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience).
•5–7+ years of experience in training, enablement, or a related role, preferably supporting sales, service, success, or partner-facing teams.
•Advanced facilitation skills to lead complex, high-stakes virtual training sessions for diverse audiences.
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to influence, engage, and inspire learners.
•Experience partnering cross-functionally and using feedback and metrics to connect training to performance and business outcomes.
