  • •Lead advanced, interactive virtual training sessions and model best-in-class facilitation for diverse, often tenured audiences.

  • •Facilitate ongoing training tied to evolving product capabilities, industry trends, performance gaps, and leadership or soft-skill development.

  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Enablement Design, Product Operations, Partnerships, and frontline leaders; mentor junior trainers and pilot new training approaches.

Salary: USD 67,000 - 102,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, education, organizational development, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •5–7+ years of experience in training, enablement, or a related role, preferably supporting sales, service, success, or partner-facing teams.
  • •Advanced facilitation skills to lead complex, high-stakes virtual training sessions for diverse audiences.
  • •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to influence, engage, and inspire learners.
