Job Summary

Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies for U.S. Government contracts, ensuring compliance with FAR and agency FAR supplements. Collaborate with the Federal Contracts/Compliance Team and cross-functional partners to research solicitation requirements, build cost and pricing exhibits, and lead cost volume content development. Perform cost/price/profitability analysis, manage pricing templates, coordinate reviews, and provide pricing compliance training while improving pricing methodologies and negotiation support.

Key Responsibilities

•Research and provide data in support of government solicitation requirements.
•Assist with the development of compliant cost and pricing exhibits for proposal responses as required by the RFP.
•Lead cost volume content development prior to submission for solicitations, contract modifications, equitable adjustments, and terminations for convenience.
•Perform cost/price/profitability analysis on federal contracts and develop, communicate, and execute pricing strategies within proposals.
•Provide pricing compliance training and coordinate pricing reviews with Contracts, senior leadership, and other departments as necessary.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in federal pricing for U.S. Government contracts, with a proven track record of developing and implementing pricing strategies.
•A four-year bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or equivalent.
•General knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and agency FAR supplements, including federal contract cost principles, prevailing wage requirements, cost analysis, and price negotiations.
•Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate effectively with multiple departments and senior leadership.
