Key Responsibilities

  • •Travel between sites based on risk level and provide on-site Safe & Secure support.
  • •Troubleshoot scanning and inventory control concerns; lead efforts to track and reduce unit loss and forcible removals or fraud-related activity.
  • •Execute incident management and emergency preparedness, including after-action reviews and root-cause analysis.
  • •Support inventory processes for units taken “off lot” in partnership with Inventory Control; help ensure effective inventory controls.
  • •Lead Safe & Secure technology processes (badge access, server room controls, monitoring alerts) and ensure incidents are accurately recorded and actionable.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • •At least 5 years of Security/Asset Protection experience.
  • •At least 1 year of multi-site leadership experience.
  • •Experience investigating and resolving theft and fraud issues.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to live within the assigned geographical area and work out of a Carvana location when not traveling.
