Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize unplanned downtime.
  • •Lead, coach and develop the maintenance team to achieve operational excellence.
  • •Monitor and improve asset reliability and performance using KPIs and failure analyses.
  • •Initiate and lead root cause analyses and implement structural improvements.
  • •Plan and manage the maintenance budget and optimize costs and spare parts management.

Key Requirements

  • •A HBO- or WO-level technical degree (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar).
  • •Experience as a maintenance supervisor in a food & beverage manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of maintenance methodologies such as TPM, RCm and predictive maintenance.
  • •Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP/PM.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proven leadership and team management abilities.
