Key Responsibilities

  • •Own program management for complex, multi-team software initiatives, building program plans, resolving cross-functional dependencies, and driving execution through the software development lifecycle.
  • •Act as a bridge between engineering and product management by translating ambiguous, high-stakes problems into plans with milestones, owners, and dependencies (including third parties where relevant).
  • •Establish and evolve execution frameworks (agile/scrum ceremonies, artifacts, governance cadence) and contribute improvements to PMO-wide standards and processes.
  • •Provide senior-leadership-ready status reporting, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and apply change management when scope or timelines shift.
  • •Design and deploy multi-step, AI-powered workflows (e.g., Cowork skills/plugins and scripted Jira/Confluence extraction) and maintain reusable prompt/template libraries that other PMs/TPMs can reuse.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • •15+ years of total industry experience, including 8+ years of technical program management across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • •Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and technical program management from concept through release.
  • •Demonstrated AI fluency at the Workflow Orchestrator level, including designing and deploying multi-step AI/Cowork workflows across tools or data sources with measurable improvements.
  • •Experience with project management tooling (Atlassian suite, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or equivalent) and Agile/Scrum; working familiarity with SAFe.
