Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive engagement with government bodies and officials across the Middle East on AI governance and related policy areas.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil society groups.
  • •Monitor, analyze, and advise on emerging regulations impacting the company.
  • •Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events to advance public policy goals.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years’ experience in public and private sector policy roles, focused on AI and tech.
  • •Strong knowledge of the regional AI policy landscape, including AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and digital rights.
  • •Proven success in designing, advocating for, and influencing policy outcomes, including coalition building.
  • •Public policy experience across the UAE.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication, including briefing government officials; fluency in English and Arabic.
