Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, test, and ship full-stack features across GovWell’s platform for government workflows.
  • •Create the configuration layer enabling one system to support thousands of municipal setups.
  • •Own product areas end-to-end with reliable, maintainable, and performant delivery in production environments.
  • •Use customer feedback and production data to decide what to improve next, collaborating with municipal staff and residents.
  • •Participate in technical design discussions and code review to shape engineering team decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5+ years of full-stack development experience building applications for enterprises and/or consumers.
