Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain good communication with customers, provide professional consulting to customer queries, and promptly respond to correspondences to ensure timely care of all customer queries.
  • •Monitor daily operations, control overtime, review workflows/procedures, and guide team members to enhance payment services productivity and quality; assess systems and workflows to increase productivity.
  • •Understand objectives, set priorities, and coordinate with staff and colleagues from other departments to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • •Regularly review workflow and procedures on product/service processes to ensure team members are familiar with guidelines and regulations; conduct staff training to ensure compliance.
  • •Maintain HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of audit points and adherence to Group Compliance Policy; be aware of operational risk and ensure actions mitigate risk.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years banking experience, especially in operation and project field
  • •Professional foreign exchange regulations and banking knowledge
  • •Familiar with payment procedures and banking system
  • •Fluent in English speaking and writing
  • •Good communication skill
