Coordinator Rider On Ground Ops

Own and improve rider performance for assigned zone(s) by tracking compliance, identifying performance gaps, and driving action plans. Lead rider recruitment, manage the rider roster (shifts, breaks, off-days), and oversee onboarding and training schedules with trainers/supervisors. Ensure rider equipment inventory compliance, audit rider appearance and behavior during on-ground visits, coach low performers, and help reduce customer complaints.
