Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of production associates responsible for kitting, processing, packaging, testing, and grading of food products.
  • •Monitor delivery of the production plan and communicate changes required to the plan with all stakeholders to improve productivity.
  • •Maintain sanitation and ensure PPE and safety equipment are supplied and proper PPE inventories are kept available.
  • •Train new associates in job duties for packaging machinery and safety procedures; enforce GMP and OH&S guidelines.
  • •Communicate goals and targets to all associates and monitor shifts to achieve daily production targets.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience.
  • •1-3 years of experience in a food processing, manufacturing or service industry.
  • •Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • •Experience with Inventory management and control.
  • •Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage 30+ hourly employees and excellent communication in English.
