Key Responsibilities

•Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of production associates responsible for kitting, processing, packaging, testing, and grading of food products.
•Monitor delivery of the production plan and communicate changes required to the plan with all stakeholders to improve productivity.
•Maintain sanitation and ensure PPE and safety equipment are supplied and proper PPE inventories are kept available.
•Train new associates in job duties for packaging machinery and safety procedures; enforce GMP and OH&S guidelines.
•Communicate goals and targets to all associates and monitor shifts to achieve daily production targets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 23.75 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience.
•1-3 years of experience in a food processing, manufacturing or service industry.
•Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
•Experience with Inventory management and control.
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage 30+ hourly employees and excellent communication in English.
