Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of backend and integration engineers, including regular 1:1s and development goal setting.
  • •Own the lifecycle and health of the B2B integration domain, guiding architecture for scalable, resilient, observable ingestion, order relay, and return pipelines.
  • •Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business requirements into a technical roadmap and prioritize the backlog across features and technical debt.
  • •Champion modern software development lifecycle practices across engineering, advocating for CI/CD, test automation, site reliability, and agile methodologies.
  • •Contribute to talent acquisition, interviews, and onboarding plans to attract and retain engineering talent.

Key Requirements

  • •Manage, mentor, and grow high-performing multidisciplinary software engineering teams with a track record of leadership.
  • •Deep technical expertise building and scaling high-throughput B2B integration pipelines and data exchanges (APIs, Webhooks, EDI).
  • •Strong foundation in distributed systems and asynchronous processing, with capability to review architecture and guide teams.
