Sales Operations Executive

Coordinate sales opportunities across forecasting tools, ensuring alignment of data for new and renewal proposals and supporting accurate forecasting and closure assessment. Manage renewal pipeline visibility, attainment tracking, and team forecasting across required systems. Maintain high-quality sales and customer records in CRM/ERP, generate performance reports, and expedite orders through internal liaison while feeding sales and technical feedback to relevant departments.
