Key Responsibilities

•Drive the adoption and enablement of Tokenization and Authentication solutions by articulating value propositions, influencing stakeholders, and accelerating client readiness for implementation.
•Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on product capabilities, rules, and technical specifications throughout the solution lifecycle.
•Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to remove adoption barriers and accelerate successful implementation.
•Coordinate with Japan and APAC teams to align stakeholders, resolve issues, and accelerate rollout progress; support go-live readiness and post-launch stabilization.
•Provide guidance on solution design, translate technical concepts into actionable insights, and gather market feedback to inform product enhancements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial services (Issuer, Acquirer, PSP, or Card network experience preferred).
•Strong understanding of payment processing flows, tokenization architecture, and authentication solutions (e.g., Passkey, 3DS).
•Ability to interpret technical documentation, product specifications, and rules accurately.
•Ability to articulate product value and connect it with client needs and market requirements.
•Business-level proficiency in English for regional collaboration; native or business-level Japanese.
