Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end-to-end cost management service delivery for commissions or contribute as a key project team member.
  • •Ensure client objectives are met from pre-contract through handover, including estimating and producing the final cost plan.
  • •Manage tendering and procurement activities, including pre-qualification, tender list creation, analysis, reporting, and contractual document compilation.
  • •Handle post-contract cost variances and change control, carrying out cost checks and valuations and producing monthly post-contract cost reports for clients.
  • •Contribute to value engineering and negotiate and agree final accounts, interfacing with clients and other consultants throughout all project stages.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge and experience in healthcare and/or education sectors.
  • •Lead clients through project stages from feasibility through completion.
  • •Experience with Two-Stage tendering and working with JCT and NEC contracts.
  • •Demonstrable client-facing stakeholder management and interfacing with key stakeholders.
  • •Experience producing monthly post-contract cost reports and presenting them to clients.
