Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical discovery for strategic opportunities and map business goals to technical success criteria and an evaluation plan.
•Design, scope, and execute POCs that prove value, define datasets, metrics, and timelines for a clear technical win.
•Build lightweight prototypes, sample integrations, and demos using Deepgram SDKs and APIs to show, not tell.
•Advise on architecture for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost; cover cloud, self-hosted, hybrid, and data residency needs.
•Run security and compliance threads for EMEA; prepare crisp responses for GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and vendor risk reviews

Key Requirements

•5+ years in Solutions Engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role focused on pre-sales

•Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms; comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, networking fundamentals, and secure API design
•Proven track record leading POCs for enterprise customers and earning the technical win
