Job Summary

Lead LIVE Operations’ Creator Network growth in Thailand by sourcing and onboarding creators based on market share growth and onboarding conversion. Build creator growth plans, assign tasks, and provide guidance to drive key metrics within the first 3 months. Run education workshops so creators understand internal rules, participate in LIVE ecosystem campaigns, and provide policy/account support for ban/unban cases. Prioritize experienced livestreaming creators and manage team-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Source new Creator Network and onboard creators based on market share growth, ensuring an effective mix and high onboarding conversion.
•Design creator growth plans by assigning tasks and providing support through resource allocation (visibility, traffic, marketing).
•Provide direct guidance, consultations, and advice to improve operations, talent performance, and campaign participation/creation to hit key metrics within 3 months.
•Create and deliver workshops to educate creators on internal rules and regulations by vertical.
•Participate in LIVE ecosystem activities (campaign creation, PK participation) to achieve KPI targets and provide ban/unban policy and account support.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•3 years’ experience in content, marketing, or partnerships roles in the tech & media industry.
•Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
•Good communications and interpersonal skills in an international, diverse environment.
•Preferred: experience building and managing a team from scratch; connections with modeling/media/TV/celebrities and live streaming applications.
