Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with sales, healthcare providers/systems, and their IT teams to implement EMR solutions in-person and virtually.
  • •Serve as subject matter expert and primary point of contact for prenatal and oncology sales teams on EMR solutions.
  • •Provide customer support, troubleshooting assistance, and end-user training on all solutions.
  • •Lead workflow assessment, roll-out planning, training plans, and go-live support.
  • •Own the live customer relationship post-implementation, handling issues and change requests, and champion new EMR solutions and interoperability opportunities.

Key Requirements
