Job Summary

Leading a small Solutions Engineering team while owning complex technical engagements end-to-end. You’ll design integrations between WeTravel and third-party systems, guide pre- and post-sales technical discussions, mentor Sales Engineers and Technical Account Managers, and shape scalable processes and assets for a growing professional services function.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical discovery, solution design, and demos for high-value prospects and existing customers; own the technical success of engagements from pre- to post-sale
•Provide hands-on support across integrations including Google Analytics, Zapier, QuickBooks, public APIs, webhooks, and complex inventory setups
•Act as the escalation point for senior technical issues and establish a prioritisation framework for the team’s work
•Manage, coach, and grow a small team of Sales Engineers and Technical Account Managers through regular 1:1s and career development planning
•Define and document the technical sales and implementation process for the team, build a library of reusable assets, and track key metrics such as timelines and CSAT

Key Requirements

•Have 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical account management, implementation, or a related customer-facing technical role
•Have at least 1 year of experience managing, mentoring, or leading a technical or customer-facing team
•Are comfortable reading API documentation, troubleshooting integrations, and designing data flows between systems
•Are deeply familiar with integration tools like Zapier, and can design, troubleshoot, and optimise automated workflows
•Have strong project and programme management skills — you can scope, plan, and drive complex cross-functional initiatives
