Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop a cohesive range for the department, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, season logic, and avoidance of gaps or duplication.
  • •Work with Design to shape product direction and deliver category KPIs, identifying and addressing risks in partnership with Merchandising.
  • •Anticipate customer needs using sales and trend data, trading effectively by identifying range gaps and opportunities while managing risk.
  • •Maintain expertise in planning and trading documents and use them to drive category analysis, evolution, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • •Lead and build the team of ABs and BAs, providing direction, development, and motivating inclusive collaboration with cross-functional partners.

  • •In-depth knowledge of planning and trading documents, with the ability to challenge figures and plans when needed.
